So, basically, you've set it up as a dumbed down point-and-shoot. Of
course it will be in the same setting you left it because you've
defeated everything but the PHD button.
I still maintain to my statement because of several basic premises.
The pro-grade bodies have traditionally been a bit less feature-laden
and the controls that are there are generally designed for
muscle-memory.
At least this has been true until recent years when Canikon abandoned
the camera market.
