I would like to take a shot at taking this picture of the Golden Gate Bridge:

1. Can someone confirm that this is a morning shot?
2. This location is easy to find?
3. Tell me if it is possible to take it from a few hundred yards further away
and up. I am wondering if by using a longer focal length the picture, although
flatter, it would bring the "other" bank/coast closer.
