That will be Silver Efex Pro - part of the Nik collection. That and
Exposure 6 by Alienskin are the two programs that everybody I know uses for
B&W conversions. I use both but Exposure 6 gives be better consistent
results without much fuss.

Exposure 6 makes it really easy to choose a film to replicate.
