Hi Brian,

I dont consider ctfmon.exe important in most cases, whenever
someone asks me to look at their computer/laptop, removing
that file from startup is on my streamline list.
Its for 'Alternative User Input' and the 'Office Language bar',
if you use dictation/speech, a pen tablet, or an asian language
it's needed, otherwise I remove it.

I dont think they need any help. just wait and plenty of
help will arrive to do that for them :o)
Cheers

Of nowhere in particular.
