Thanks, Chris and Rick. I found it. It is "Impatiens Celebrette Orchid
Star". It needs full to part shade, and blooms June to September.
I knew the people on these lists were experts on everything! :-)

Actually spelled "Impatiens", and I would agree with the generic ID.
