No wonder we're up to our bloody armpits in food fetishists.
So why not - goahead - cook 'em to tasteless, douse them in hot sauce and stick
them in a bloody fake omelette for all I care - they'll be as safe as Chicken
Nuggets and just as nasty. I'll take the infinitessimal risk - and sit on the
beach at L'Herbe on the Bassin d-Archachon later this year I hope for a couple
of dozen with rather a lot of a decent local white.
