One of my first wife's brothers had an Oyster Perpetual that came with
instructions as to how to make minor adjustments
in how it kept time by how positioned at night. Back, front, either side were
all supposed to make a slight difference
in gaining or losing.

With the phone/computer/communicator as appendage, why would they need a
separate watch?
