I'm with Bob! When I were a lad, the game was almost unknown in the UK but
popular in Europe when I went on holidays. Most games I played involved a lot
of beer and shouting. Spinning with the palm was standard practice and the only
foul was kicking the ball off the table. offside rules? As if!
