Condolences to both Joel and Andrew.
While I guess I understand why cyclists who are after that last km/h of speed
might use those
poor apologies for bike tyres, I can't see any advantage in using them for
'normal' usage; not
enough contact area for decent braking, and 'no' protection against puncturing
by common
sharp objects. I have every intention to never ride a push-bike again :-).
I have 'no' idea what foosball is, but the mental image of Andrew doing the
splits on
presumably a very hard and possibly slippery surface conjures up an imagination
of dire and
extreme pain.
