Hum. Divided by a common language. By cream, I mean our Half & Half, which is
only (roughly 12%). I use it only when there's no milk available at home. I'm
guessing by cream, you mean the stuff Chris Barker poured over his brownie at
Beauly. When I saw on the menu that the desert was served with cream, I assumed
whipped cream, and was surprised to see a small pitcher of liquid. That said,
later in our trip I tried that combination, and was immediately and irrevocably
hooked.
