The laptop that I have seemingly cleaned of viruses etc is Pavilion from HP
Here's a screen-scrape of the page which shows its properties.
I did sharpen this by 20 in FastStone, but it still looks fuzzy to me. Darn it.

It's very fast compared with my (this) desk-top - but there again this machine
is "loaded" with
software whereas the Pavilion is not.
I have been very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the images as displayed
on its screen,
they are very clear ( but the lighting is not the same as my desktop), and
perhaps most of all,
considering how sharply it renders images, I have been very pleased with how my
E-3
images, in general, show. The ones on Zone-10 I'm thinking of as I write this.
Much better than I expected might be the case.
