When working with a macro lens on 4/3 the working distance is longer
than would be the case on full-frame... provided you accept equivalent
angle of view rather than magnification as your measure. That is, the
4/3 angle of view at 1:2 is the same as the full-frame at 1:1. At 1:2
the lens to object distance is greater and the lens to image distance is
less... advantage to 4/3. But, if you insist on doing 1:1 there is no
difference.
