The link takes me down to the references, Chris, but I think that you meant to
show me the circuit training program, which if done right can be
very effective.
I do have a very well furnished gym at home and
my company has one (really world class equipped and free for employees
and their families) on the property, but I just dont like weights and
machines, so it is very hard to get there. The US gyms do not have
gymnastics equipment.
I really should be running, but am enjoying
my daily 3.2mi long walks with my son. My wife joins us from time to
time too. I was very lucky to raise a son which even at 18 isn't afraid
to show up with his dad in public...:) So, it is a good sacrifice, I get
to spend even more time with him. It is going to be a big empty hole
once he moves out of our house.
Best
Boris

My lifestyle is not sedentary since I rarely sit at a desk for more than an
hour; and flying aerobatics is fairly hard work. But I do have to get out and
exercise, in the gym or on a brisk walk or bike ride. High-intensity circuit
training is good and much easier and cheaper than a home
gym, Boris; here's an example that I use if I have missed the gym (we have one
in a hangar at the airfield)
