I'm on the 5:2 diet and I've lost around 8kg. My BP has gone down a bit and
i'm expecting my cholesterol to be a little lower (but I'm not going back on to
statins whatever the reading).
I went flying today and was quite surprised at how little flying aerobatics
tired me. I look thinner and feel more energetic . . .
