An Olympus buddy of mine (that several of you have met) got up to 500
pounds. His doctor finally told him to prepare to die. That was the
wake-up call he needed. So many of us tried talking to him about it,
but got nowhere until the doctor gave him his last rites. He has since
then taken his health so seriously that he'll probably outlive the
rest of us.
