Interesting that you mention roof space as that was one of the  concerns I 
had.  Our home gets its water from rain water collection and my  stuff gets 
processed using "cloud juice."  I imagine B&W film and  chemistry will be 
around for awhile although it will likely move over into the  "alternative 
processes" category at some point in time in the future.  Bill  Barber
