Not exactly. The 3Ti has the high-speed flash-sync mode amongst other
changes. Height change, due to better seals, improved paint. Other
things may also apply. The OM-3 interests me not. There were a bunch
of subtle internal changes between the 3/4 series and the 3/4Ti
series. Another example is the ISO and exposure compensation dial.
Logic fail: Exposure compensation on a manual-exposure camera.
Although, it does allow you to do OTF fill-flash whereas no other OM
body does that.
