Question: When one is in a situation such as this type of circle, does one
yield to traffic in the smaller circles within the larger circle, or does that
traffic yield to traffic in the larger circle? So if one is entering the circle
close to one of the smaller, inner circles, does one do a double yield, first
to traffic in the larger circle, then to traffic in the smaller, or does one
yield as one enters the larger circle and then Throttle Up?
