Moose,
I went back to the RAW file and reprocessed the Rose of Sharon image, keeping
your comments in mind. With the backlighted flower, it was difficult to get
enough surface lighting without blowing the brighter areas. I worked the best
compromise I could, without resorting to masking, layers, etc. I have replaced
the original image with the new one. The link is the same.

It has richer tones, but is pretty dark.
