Would love to visit some of those caves someday. I understand they aren't
generally open to the public, though. I wonder if I could dust off my old Press
Card.
I'm unsure about a Press Card - scientific research might work with the
ministry's hard to obtain licence ...
I was there as a kid and it was still open yet to a limited public.
Now closed, an impressive exact replica has been made a stonethrow from there
which you can visit.
I took Alice and my younger son there in 2007. By the middle of the first
corridor you have forgotten it is a mock cave, fascinating!
Altamira (Spain) also remains a thrilling experience for the 10 yo I was once
