Thanks Mike. The camera wasn't vertically level: the hill was too steep for
that. And 50mm in 6x4.5 medium format is probably a bit different than your
50 (which in theory may make the tilt even more extreme?).
Tilt ain't easy no matter the format: Even with 4x5 I remember that I would
just crank up the f-stop to be sure!
