Nice. Good choice. Though I think the Mamiya 7 is a better choice, but
still, Mamiya 6 is probably almost as good, certainly better than any other
MF rangefinder other than M7.
re: selling hassy for it (btw, can you not shoot the hassy handheld? I would
think so. I shoot an RZ67 handheld all the time and it's a lot heavier than
hassy. ) - the downside of the Mamiya stuff is longer shots, macro, and
tight portraits - the M6/M7 don't really do that very well, due to the
longish minimum focus distances, lack of long lenses, etc. They also lack
anything faster than f/4 (at least the mamiya 7 does, forget if M6 has a 3.5
lens or not...)
The other risk with the Mamiya 6 is parts/repairability. Supposedly Mamiya
has discontinued parts and support for that system.
