Thanks, all. They are small boats in a large and unforgiving sea. I know enough
of those guys to know they aren't having fun out there. Plus, the government
has cut the ground fishing and shrimping season to practically nothing, so the
return on suffering isn't that high.
Fernando, the color version is rather washed out and kinda monochromatic
itself. I'd post it, but it's not really worth the effort. Converting it made
much more sense as the drama is enhanced by the black and white. Also, the sun
is behind a thin layer of smoke high on the left side of the frame. It further
complicates the color.
