When in Faenza, do as the Romans ;-)
it was in fact the backroom of a butcher's and cheese shop ...
Instructions for use:
Point at the wonderful ham you want to try slices from,
snif the cheese they will bring you in abundance,
and pick up your own bottle from the shelf, with advice from the Padrone
Enjoy!
Their tiramisu was the best I've ever tasted,
and I was honoured the lady-chef accepted to share the secrets of her
recipe with me :-)
As to the photo, it was a quick and dirty snap as usual with me, no
tripod used to close down a bit, I simply bent my knees as per Ted, no
flash either, from the same teachings :-)
Thanks for viewing
Hijacking over,
Back the cockpit ;-)
Amitiés
