I don't think any product is necessarily a total dog. It's what you do with it
that matters. All technology has its limits, its strengths and its weaknesses.
If you pay attention, you know where and what they are, and you compensate
accordingly. The E-M5 is an excellent tool, albeit with a weakness or two.
Still, in the right hands, it seems to shine. And then there's the obsolete,
totally-sucks Oly E-1. Except does it? Well, if you look at what Ken and Jim
and a few others on this list post, you'd think not. And you'd be right. The
sucky obsolete 4.9 megapixel E-1 in the right hands produces superb images. You
may have trouble boosting them to 20x30 inches, but if that's what you need to
do, you shouldn't be using an E-1.
