I have noticed with the current version of FF, at least on OSX, that it
refuses to open pdf's from inside a web page. Either it refuses to
recognize that you have the current version of Acrobat reader installed, or
it gives you a warning that it won't allow you to open pdf's inside a
page. Same link inside Safari works fine. Haven't really used Chrome
much. However, if I download the pdf first, then it opens.
