I'm keeping my mouth shut this time. I've been way way way too vocal
about Olympus' failings. I will just state that "Olympus America"
is/was the most incompetent or possibly fraudulent organization in the
industry. Either they were idiots or taking money under the table from
the competition. I can't think of a third option.

You could write a text book about how not to treat your dealer network
using Olympus America as the example.
