For blow-in insulation? They appear to be on about 16" centres. I see some up
high, as well, which is where you'd normally put them unless there's a window
or firebreak in the way.
You'll notice these high on the second floor, as well, furthering my theory.
I've done blow-in like that. I was refinishing drywall as well at the time, and
so I did them on the inside.
