I have to stop answering the posts of others but FYI :)
No, the E-510 viewer surround edge is bigger than the OM viewfinder
edge. I bought a cheap viewfinder on the bay that had different adapter
slides for different cameras and used the slide from that on the OM
varimagni finder. Later I scored a cheap OM varimagni finder on the
bay and attacked it with a file. The hardest bit was filing the spring in
the slide on piece.
