Hi Jim,
I thought it might be easier to identify because he was maybe in your
yard a couple weeks before, LOL. The photo's really more about the
shadow than the critter I guess. Thanks for looking and checking your
resources. If you think it's a butterfly and not a moth, that's enough
of an identification for me. :)
