The Zeiss lens cleaning wipes I get at Sams and WalMart appear to simply be
alcohol wipes as used in the medical industry.

I don't know about a grocery store, maybe, but a big drug should have lens
cleaner for AR coated eyeglasses.
That's what I use if my Zeiss lens cleaner isn't available. But that's very
seldom, as I bought a box of Zeiss lens
cleaning wipes soaked with the same stuff in individual, foil packets for
travel and the field.
