     It's not, and they are especially troublesome for people having 
respiratory illnesses.  It's best not to drive during these as the reduced 
visibility can be deadly, plus the fine dust particles can waste the engine's 
air filter in no time at all.

     We get some awful traffic accidents on the freeways in open country, 
especially between Casa Grande and Marana.  In some instances ther are massive 
pile-ups in which tractor-trailer trucks will explode and people get killed.
