Yes it was Nikons - one of the major reasons I wound up with an Om was
this fact! When I purchased my first SLR I was debating between an OM-1
and a Nikon. The wind lever in the (right) eye was a deal breaker! At
the time I was not really aware the being left eyed was not common, I
thought the Nikon was just poorly designed!
