If I set the dial for A (Aperture prefered) and make changes in the menu's,
then change to Auto mode, then back to A, all the settings are back to the
defaults, so functions = menu settings. I gave the E-510 to my daughter
a long time ago now but I think from memory it has several memory's
that you can presave settings to. It doesnt concern me enough now to
even go look.

The service sheet really did had just RTFM on it, they did attach a
photocopy of that page from the manual though. I'm sure I still have it
though it will probably be in one of my boxes that I havent opened
since moving to the otherside of Australia.
Same as any tool, you just use it with in its usage parameters, I simply
decided to do what any true OM4 user would do, leave it in Aperture
prefered (priority) mode :)
