We put tomato towers - 4" X 4" wire fencing, 48" tall, rolled into a
12"diameter - for the first three years around all the seedlings we want to
save . These tubes are
leftovers from when we had the big garden. (Too much work for old folk now.)
PITA, but it works and everyone seems happy.
