Can't help you with the image loading issue. You're on your own there. We
all have to pull our pants on one leg at a time. Unless, of course, you are
Scottish, which means both legs at once.
The new desktop beastie is definitely a 64-bit machine. It makes a pretty
big difference in most apps. It was configured for video streaming, so I've
got enough horsepower in it, even though it's just a lowly "i5" processor.
The "i7" was quite a bit more and the gains just didn't seem to make much
difference for the application. Best part of it, though, is the
non-reflective display. :) It's got a lot of ram and a really good video
processor, so it doesn't lag too much.
It's great for watching Hulu with SWMBO.
