Well, given Joel's location (I'm assuming this is from his back yard),
all of those "clouds" are actually contrails. After a few hours, they
tend to spread and form a high-level cloud layer.
If this is morning from Joel's backyard, then it's an eastbound on
J60-146 between IOW and JOT. But as I see no river mist, I'll say this
is an evening shot.
