Not guilty - except on compacts. For compacts and zooms above the minimum FL,
hats and hands are quite useful.

If you are going that way, go for 28-300 - as I do. :-)
My kit is usually 10-22/3.5-4.5 and 28-300/3.5-6.3, with a 50/1.8 when I don't
leave it behind unintentionally. I wish I
had a 10-400/3.5-8. ;-)
