I'm sorry that you've had a problem; there is normally a workaround for snags
like that, though obviously not in this case.
You've never been particularly happy with your iPad; I wonder why you don't
sell it and get something that works the way you want it to. I grew tired of
the typing experience when replying to emails so I sold mine and bought an Air.
I have now sold my MacBook Pro as it looked ridiculous having 2 aluminium
laptops on the dining table :-)
Hence my ability to buy the NX200 . . .
