I will make the dangerous assumption the question is serious and not in jest. 6x7 is one of the common MF film frame sizes of 6cm wide x 7cm long - using 120 or 220 6cm wide spooled film. The most common MF is 6x6 square, and 2nd most common is 645 (6 x 4.5 cm). Hasselblads, Rollei TLRs and SLRs and Bronicas are all MF cameras.
