Indeed. The f1.8 was the 'kit' lens I think. An f1.4 was regarded as a
professional option.
These days the kit lens is quite useable but flimsy and slow. Not a bad deal
for the price.
If you want to buy a version two D.Zuiko mft 14-42mm on its own it's not that
cheap.
