Interesting trip. However, a 1100 feet rise over 3 miles is less than 7%.
I did much more than 7% with a Fiat Panda 750 (*) on a badly unpaved road
with lots of stones and holes (by night). Also the sharp turns doesn't
appear different from those normal here in the mountains.
(*) Check the car on google images. 750 is the cubic capacity,
in other words 0.75L
