It is a Pentax Auto Bellows A that has OM mounts on both front and
back made from Olympus 7mm manual extension tubes as well as a nifty
articulated flash shoe on the front standard. The lens is a Leica-R
Macro-Elmar 100/4, which is a bellows lens with the R mount replaced
by an OM mount. I got them in a shop in Seattle that told me they were
from the estate of a Boeing machinist or engineer who had done the
conversions.
