Coming from a Leica background, I once had a 50mm 1.5 Summarit lens which,
when added to my Leica IIIa from the mid 1930s, provided a beautiful
combination of hardware. Unfortunately, the lens was badly worn,
mechanically, and I later sold it. I see them now going for $800.
