I don't think hosting is the problem. It's already available on two
sites... oops, make that one. Han's site <http://vanveluwen.nl/eSIF/>
is still there but the eSIF can't be found there
However, Mark Dapoz's site is still running the eSIF (thanks, Mark!)

But the question was about availability of the CD. I purchased the CD
long ago and have the content on my hard drive for faster access. But
if I want to point out some bit of OM knowledge to someone else I always
preferentially reference Mark's site. (which is why I hadn't realized
that Hans's site has a problme)
