[OM] Unofficial Olympus OM Sales Information File on CD?

Hi all,

does anyone know if the eSIF on CD from  
http://www.star.ucl.ac.uk/~rwesson/esif/om-sif.htm is still available  
for purchase? My Email to the linked address was rejected with  
"recipient unknown".
Also no luck on http://olympus.dementia.org/eSIF/om-sif.htm (no answer).
