Yesterday I wanted to take some shots of my adoptive grand-daughter
jumping on the trampoline. So I hauled out the E-3.
While I have previously suspected shutter delay on this machine, none of
that was anything like the delay this time. For the first shot it seemed like
a
full 2 seconds. Probably wasn't, of course, but that's what it seemed like,
and of course the crucial moment was completely missed.
So I eventually found ( left-side mode button, and front wheel - which
normally I never use), sequential shooting - or whatever it's called.
Never before have I burned through so much virtual film !!
It was like a slow machine-gun. However, within the 36 shots I did get some
good ones. If there was shutter delay, it didn't matter much any more.
Then I turned it off.
