Shutter speed slightly off is a common problem for the old OMs, but usually
within 0.3 stops at the high speed end. Of couse some may have larger shift
but speed adjustment is not a very difficult work but do require lot of
patience.
One point to note is the using of MD with 1n and 2n, the shutter speed can
shift a lot at 1/250 and above. I found this on all 1n and 2n I have
checked. This problem does not happen with 3 and 4.
