Just bought one of these, from Fotodiox in the US - advertised on Amazon.UK,
pretty much as you describe.
Works well, particularly like the 100/f2 mounted on my E-PL1 (will post a
sample when I get time).
Cost £32.46 (including postage) - not sure what the official oly one does
for the extra £120... :-)

I don't have one of these adapters (for OM lenses) so maybe someone here
will help. Is the adapter anything more than a spacer ring with a tab to
stop the lens down? Then diaphragm becomes preset and has to be opened
manually to focus, stopped down to shoot etc. Anything I'm missing here?
