There's been a bit of discussion about wildlife of late. The other morning I
was up a ladder, early, touching up paint around a windowsill. The ladder was
projecting up through a pergola. As I 'worked' I felt a strong tap on my back,
And then something tugged hard on the hood of my jacket. I turned to find a
cockatoo, complaining that he hadn't received his breakfast yet. On any given
morning, 30-50 of them show up. They'll line up for a piece of sliced bread
each, soup kitchen style, shuffling along the deck rail and taking it from your
hand. The irony is that the work I was doing was to repair some damage they'd
done - they chew soft wood instinctively, looking for grubs. People in cedar
houses hate them.

Rather blue but it was dull - 9-18mm on the Pen).
We had a less fortunate visitor this week too. He couldn't resist the cheese
bread I buy to make sandwiches.

Hate doing it but...Panny 45-200mm.
Then there was a very rare beast in a local park - a hot pink one at that!

And I think that genuine redheads qualify as wild life too -

And lastly I finally got a Metabones adapter to put a Zeiss 45mm Contax G
Planar on the Pen...
